1. Contact

info@nanobyte.gr

We reply on working days. Please write from the email address on your account, so we can recognise you without asking for more details.

It helps a great deal if you tell us:

  • your school,
  • whether you are a parent or a member of staff,
  • what you were trying to do, and what you saw instead.

Never send us your password. We do not need it and we will never ask for it.

2. I cannot sign in

Kidloop has no public sign-up. Your account is created by the school that uses Kidloop, and you receive an invitation by email.

  • I did not receive an invitation. Ask your school to send it again, and check your spam folder.
  • I forgot my password. Tap "Ξεχάσατε τον κωδικό;" on the sign-in screen and you will get a link to set a new one.
  • I changed phone. Sign in with the same email and password; you do not need a new invitation.

3. I cannot see my child's day

A daily update appears when the teacher sends it, not while they are writing it. An empty day usually means it has not been sent yet.

Photos work the same way: the teacher adds them and they reach you with the rest of the update.

4. Photos and consent

A child is photographed through Kidloop only where their parents' consent has been recorded by the school. Without it, the app does not let a teacher add a photo for that child at all.

To give or withdraw consent, speak to your school — they record it. Withdrawing it also hides photos that already exist.

5. Notifications

Under "Μενού" → "Ειδοποιήσεις" you choose what you hear about. If you receive nothing at all, also check that notifications for Kidloop are enabled in your phone's settings.

6. My data

  • Who is responsible for my child's data. The school. Kidloop processes it on their behalf.
  • Privacy policy: https://app.kidloop.gr/privacy
  • Account deletion: https://app.kidloop.gr/delete-account

7. Who we are

Kidloop is built by Nanobyte Ε.Ε., Greece. Data is stored within the European Union.
